Owners of Android-based devices can now enjoy a new version of the ES File Explorer application, which was made available for public testing only recently, namely ES File Explorer 3.

The highly popular full-featured file and application manager has received a redesign in the new release, and will deliver a brand new user interface to all Android users, in addition to various new features.

The app is available for download through the company’s website, and can be installed only on devices with the “Unofficial Sources” enabled.

In addition to offering various new customization options and additional features for the management of files and apps on the device, the new software release also appears to feature performance improvements, although it is not a final release as of now.

Those who would like to take it for a spin before it lands in a final flavor will find in on this page.
