Even without Scooter, Psy could have pulled this off even if it took him longer: the man is clearly a naturally born entertainer – just look at his energy and obvious passion for live performing.
Psy wasn’t at the EMAs only to perform: he also took home the award for Best Video, quite a feat for a guy who, until not long ago, was only known in his home country.
