Since it already has a bunch of watercooling products on sale, EK must have figured it was time to take things up a few notches.

The result of its engineering efforts is the EK-SF3D Triple Point EVO, the first product from the line of liquid nitrogen (LN2) evaporation coolers.

It is bundled with two EK-SF3D Triple Point Module Adapter heatsinks, Gelid GC-Extreme 1.5g thermal grease, mounting screws, and a 2mm allen key.

It is priced at €74.95 / $74.95–98 and ships through EK Webshop and the Partner Reseller Network.

Petri “SF3D” Korhonen, legendary overclocker and extreme evaporation cooler designer from Finland, worked together with the EK design & engineering team on this one.

The cooler is made of electrolytic grade nickel-plated copper, giving it the mass needed to even out the temperature fluctuation. The top extension is of high quality POM Acetal material (prevents unwanted condensation formation due to poor thermal conductivity).
