It will make enthusiast overclocking even easier, though maybe more expensive too

Not too long ago, EK Water Block introduced its first ever Evaporation Cooler. I half-believed that would be enough to tidy the company over for a while.

That does not seem to be the case. Or maybe EK just figured it might as well get some more practice at making cooling products supposed to be used with liquid nitrogen.

That is how the EK-SF3D Inflection Point EVO came to be.

It has a socket-specific mounting system enclosure that allows even newbies to the overclocking profession to try their hand at it.

The extension is made from an anodized high quality aluminum alloy, colored black.

Meanwhile, the main body is made of electrolytic grade nickel plated copper, with “excellent weight to surface area ratio.”

The EK-SF3D Inflection Point EVO is compatible with LGA 115x sockets and will come in LGA-2011- and AMD variants next month (June 2013).
