In addition to to the iMac EFI update we talked about earlier today, Apple has fired off three new firmware updates towards owners of MacBook Pro and MacBook Air computers, as well as one for owners of a Mac mini.

Macbook Pro EFI Firmware Update 2.3 improves the stability of MacBook Pro (early 2011) computers and is recommended for all users, according to Apple. MacBook Air EFI Firmware Update 2.2 does pretty much the same thing for those who own a MacBook Air (mid 2011) model. Not surprisingly, Mac mini EFI Firmware Update 1.4 does the same for mid-2011 Mac minis.

All firmwares include improvements delivered in previous updates enabling Lion Internet Recovery from an Internet connection. The patches also include the fixes for issues with Apple Thunderbolt Display compatibility and Thunderbolt Target Disk Mode performance.
