With Computex just days away from debut, reports about some of the new products that will be showcased during the show are starting to surface. On that note, a recent piece of news indicates that ECS is about to expand its netbook lineup with the unveiling of three new products, which will be showcased during next week's event. One of the three systems will compete with ASUS' recently introduced Eee PC 1008HA Seashell, while another one will boast a screen size of 11.6 inches. The specific details on the upcoming devices are rather scarce, but the company is bound to unveil more during Computex, where these devices will be showcased.

According to a recent post on French-language Blogeee.net, ECS is planning to announce three more portable computer systems during the Computex 2009 show. Among the three, two will be designed with a 10-inch display, while a third model will take things a bit further and provide users with a larger, 11.6-inch display. Dubbed ECS T10IL, V10IL and T21IL, these upcoming systems boast features very similar to today's netbooks, but are different among themselves.

First off, we have the ECS T10IL, which will apparently weight less than 1kg and feature a 10.1-inch display, capable of a maximum screen resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels. In addition, with optional 1.8-inch hard disk drive or SSD storage, Bluetooth, WiFi and a 3.75G modem, this model seems to compete with ASUS' EeePC 1008HA Seashell.

The V10IL is basically your everyday 10-inch 1024 x 600 netbook, featuring a 2.5-inch 160GB hard drive and an HSUPA modem. As you might have also noticed on the previous model, these new netbooks from ECS seem ready to be part of some future data package contract.

The ECS T21IL is another story, as this 11.6-inch portable system will reportedly be launched with an Intel Celeron processor and will feature a screen resolution of 1366 by 768 pixels. This will apparently be the only model, from the three, that will not adopt an Intel Atom processor. Additional details also include a 1.8-inch hard disk, but that is yet to be confirmed next week.
