ECS North America has just announced that the company has designed and built a website for product registration and enhanced technical & customer support which offers its Black Series motherboard and graphics card customers various advantages, including access to a unique 99-hour replacement service.

The service is for now available only for products purchased from ECS’ authorized retail channel in the United States of America (48 contiguous states) and should allow consumers more convenient access to the company's RMA services.

In addition to improved customer support, ECS says that users who register on the Elite Member Service Site will also receive special deals and will take part in monthly prize drawings.

The website can be accessed by following this link and registration is free for users who own ECS built products.

Registered ECS Elite Members get a preference in support as ECS guarantees that they will receive answers to their questions or problems within 24 hours.

To qualify for the 99-hour replacement service customers have to register Black Series labeled motherboards and/or graphics cards.

“The retail channel, whether it’s online or offline, has been the trend in the U.S. for purchasing hardware products over the past years. We at ECS USA foresee it as an essential core to our strategy,” said Ray Lin, vice president of Motherboard and Graphics Card Business Unit of ECS USA.

“We value our retail partnerships and want to offer this additional service to enhance the support we offer on the backend.

“We are happy to be able to provide the best possible service,” concluded the company's rep.

ECS Black Series products include a wide series of Intel and AMD motherboards that range from LGA 775 to LGA 1155 and AM3 solutions as well as various graphics cards based on Nvidia's GPUs.
