In the last few years, ECS' Black series motherboards has become well renowned for their impressive feature list and low price, and now, the Taiwanese company is adding yet another member to its ever-growing family, the Black Deluxe H67H2-M that is built around Intel's H67 Express chipset.

Just like most other H67 solutions available, the H67H2-M features a micro-ATX form factor as well as a wide array of video outputs, including DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA.

In addition, the board provides five SATA connectors, two of them of the 6Gbps variety, dual USB 3.0 ports, one eSATA port, dual Gigabit LAN and 8 channel HD audio with S/PDIF out.

The rest of the expansion options are rather standard, as the H67H2 features one PCI Express x16 slot (as the H67 chipset can't split the 16 PCIe lanes available in Sandy Bridge into two x8), dual PCIe x1 as well as one regular PCI slot.

Users will also find the standard four DIMM slots that support up to 32GB of DDR3 memory.

Other features include on-board power and reset buttons, a BIOS debug LCD display, and a back panel Clear CMOS switch.

Although all these sound really nice indeed, I doubt they will be put to good use since the Intel H67 chipset doesn't support CPU overclocking.

ECS does mention in its press release that it allows consumers to raise the speed of the integrated graphics core up to 235%, but this most certainly doesn't make up for Intel's omission.

Users that require CPU overclocking capabilities as well as integrated graphics support (or Quick Sync support) will have to wait for the Z68 chipset to be released in the second quarter of 2011, MSI and Mitac already showcasing such solutions.

ECS didn't provide any details regarding availability and pricing for the Black Deluxe H67H2-M.
