Announced just yesterday, ECS' top of the line A75F-A Black Series motherboard for AMD Llano accelerated processing units (APUs) has just been pictured, making this the second production FM1 board to be reveled.

The first FM1 retail motherboard to be pictured was designed by a Chinese manufacturer that goes by the name of ASL and uses the micro-ATX for factor.

However, the ECS board bears a more advanced design and from the picture provided one can easily see that the Taiwanese company decided to pair the board with two PCI Express x16 slots (the second one is x4 electronically), two PCI Express x1 slots as well as with no less than three legacy PCI slots.

CPU power is provided by what appears to be a 4+1 phase design, which is cooled by a passive aluminum heatsink.

As mentioned in yesterday's press release, the A75F-A also features five SATA 6Gbps slots driven by the Hudson D3 chipset, while the sixth such port available in AMD's A75 FCH is routed to the back of the board as an eSATA connector.

This is accompanied by a PS/2 port, four USB 2.0 ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, 7.1-channel audio with optical S/PDIF out, and by a pair of USB 3.0 ports (two more are available via an on-board header).

Since all of AMD's Llano processors also come with an integrated graphics core, the A75F-A motherboard also packs HDMI, DVI and D-sub video outputs.

Although the A75F-A comes as a Black Series model, ECS hasn't included so many overclocking features on the board, outside of a Clear CMOS button placed on the rear I/O panel.

No details regarding pricing have been disclosed until now, but the desktop Llano platform is expected to launch on June 14.

ECS' FM1 motherboard lineup is composed of two other micro-ATX board that are known as A75F-M and A75F-M2. (via PC Games Hardware)
