Electronic Arts has released an updated version of its immensely popular FIFA 14 soccer game for iDevices, delivering some gameplay improvements.

Available free of charge but packing dozens of in-app purchases (one of which unlocks the Premium game), FIFA 14 is the latest football (soccer) game for mobiles from EA.

It packs real players, real teams, and real leagues, delivering an authentic experience on all types of screens, big and small.

In the latest version, EA has included some fixes to improve gameplay. The company states, “We’ve made some off-the-pitch improvements to keep your game running tight – like it should.”

No specifics are given, and customers are already reporting crashes with this update, so expect a new one to drop really soon. The game continues to call for iOS 5 as a minimum.
