The development teams at EA Sports and Bright Future have announced that they are working on FIFA Manager 13, a new installment in the management game that has struggled for years to get out from under the shadow of Football Manager.

The main new addition to the game will be the new Team Dynamics feature, which will give players more options when it comes to player relationships and interactions.

Trainers will have their hands full and egos and goals will be more important than ever as the various characters of players clash on the training field and during matches.

Individual players will have their own goals and the manager will need to interact with them and instill confidence in order to make sure that they work for the team rather than for themselves.

The developers add, “Two new features called Team Matrix and Hierarchy Pyramid enables fan to quickly identify which players are having challenges and their impact on team dynamics.

“From balancing player rivalries to spending enough time understanding and setting player expectations, FIFA Manager 13 will push you to perfect the art of team management.”

The development teams are also working on more features for the transfer market, with 40 criteria now evaluated when a player decides whether to move to a new club and a new tool designed to show how a new signing will change the performance of a team.

The 3D match feature is also getting a visual upgrade in the coming game and the overall presentation has been upgraded in order to create a better connection between the player and the club he is managing.

EA Sports is also re-launching the Your Feature campaign, allowing gamers to log into the official site of the game and suggest a feature they would like to see integrate in the final release of FIFA Manager 13. FIFA Manager 13 is set to launch exclusively on the PC during the autumn of 2012.
