Nokia and EA are working closely on the release of a series of mobile games to Nokia devices running under Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system.

The two companies already went official with plans to launch a series of games on Nokia Windows Phones, but they did not unveil the specific titles that will be launched as part of this collaboration.

During the Nokia World Conference in London last year, EA Interactive confirmed that there would be EA games coming to Nokia Windows Phone users, and that they would be accompanied by games from Chillingo, and by the Hasbro line-up.

The company did not offer a total number, but did say that there would be 10 EA games included in the deal, along with even games from the Hasbro series, and some Chillingo titles (the indie publishing arm of EA).

Some of the previous rumors on the matter suggested that there might be a total of 20 games that EA was set to push on Nokia’s devices in the near future.

Some of them have been confirmed via a video that was made available on games publisher EA’s YouTube channel.

The guys over at Nokia Conversations took a closer look at the video and concluded that the list of games would include: Mirror’s Edge – award winning Parkour sim with a futuristic spy thriller plot. Real Racing 2 – hit racing sim pits you over 40 miles in 30 officially licensed cars. Sims Medieval – The Sims meets Fable in genre-crossing adventures. Tiger Woods PGA Tour – Go golfing with the Pros in this leading simulation. Monopoly – no need for an introduction to the classic property-baron board game. Spy Mouse – a new one to us, it’s a portable puzzler with a flight control vibe. Yahtzee – it’s poker but with dice. Good one for a train trip or the back seat of the car. The Game of Life – another family board game; and an unknown quantity here. Vampire Rush – an combination of tower defence and survival horror. Parking Mania – never played this one. Looks suspiciously like a parking simulation. Picnic Wars – an evolution of the ‘annoyed avians’ formula – this time featuring vicious veggies.

Overall, it appears that Nokia’s devices will certainly have a lot to offer to their users in terms of gaming. What remains to be seen is when all these titles will make their debut on devices.
