After a few days back, Capcom decided to close down their development studio Clover, a similar move was down by EA as the publisher
decided to seize activity in their Warrington Studio.

The employees of the development studio based in North West England found out yesterday that the studio is going to be closed and they all have been offered the chance to relocate their job in the development studio in Chertsey, studio also owned by EA. Around 50 developers will be affected by this decision.

The most recent game that came out of the Warrington studio was Battlefield: Modern Combat and there have also been rumors that they were currently developing some new titles. Maybe these new titles will also be relocated to Chertsey.

EA did not reveal why the development studio is going to be shut down, but this is just one of the recent problems encountered by EA over the past few weeks. Just last week, EA officially opened its Geneva offices and an important number of employees moved from the EA UK offices to the new ones in Switzerland.
