EA has officially announced plans to make a new mobile game available for Android and iOS users, namely Dungeon Keeper For Mobile Devices.

Set to arrive this winter as the mobile reboot of the 1990s hit, developed by EA and Mythic studio, the title will offer support for Android, iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch devices.

“Coming to iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices this winter, Dungeon Keeper provides an addictive mix of strategic building and tower defense; it’s a ground-breaking mobile experience that’s diabolically fun to its core,” EA announced.

In the game, users will play as the overlord of a subterranean lair, will have to design the dungeon with tunnels, traps, and treasures, while also being in charge with collecting and commanding minions in a battle for the supremacy of the underworld.

Players will be able to invade other dungeons, make use of the powers of the Hand of Evil, use spells, and the like, in an attempt to destroy the foreign lair.
