E-Ten's Glofiish M800 smartphone is really doing great, as FCC has just approved it. This could mean that its close release will be even greater than previously expected, also including the US.

The phone has high chances of earning a top place among the best smartphones out there, as it brings a thick pack of appealing features and even scores higher than many other similar devices at some chapters. The QWERTY keypad is definitely something that many people will love to use instead of a virtual one that many other touchscreen enabled handsets have.

E-Ten Glofiish M800 runs on Windows Mobile 6 Professional and also has a powerful 500 MHz processor. It also includes 256 MB of ROM and 64 MB of SDRAM, which prove to be pretty useful for supporting a large number of soliciting applications.

One of the most impressive features about it has to be the 2.8-inch screen that brings top quality image and vivid colors at a 640 x 480 pixels resolution. It might not be just as big as that of the iPhone, but it surpasses it when it comes to display quality. The phone also has a 2 megapixel camera included for taking average quality captures and a secondary one as well, for placing video calls.

Indeed, E-Ten Glofiish M800 is a 3G enabled device, capable of providing fast HSDPA data transfer speeds. It also adds Bluetooth, EDGE and WiFi for connectivity, as most evolved mobile phones now manage to do. The built-in GPS module is something that many people will appreciate for having to guide them in a great number of circumstances. The only drawback about it is that it leaves a strong mark on the smartphone's sizes, making it feel a bit bulky at the dimensions of 113.8 x 57.8 x 18.4 mm.

E-Ten Glofiish M800 has just been approved by FCC, which means that there are high chances of seeing it in the near future on the US market. The phone also prepares for a European release, with high chances of being available on the market by the end of this month.
