Alleged Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has finally been charged with crimes related to the Marathon attack.

The criminal complaint, a fragment of which is attached above, reveals details of the investigation and mentions Tsarnaev being charged on two counts.

The deployment of IEDs has landed him the count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction and killing someone in the process. The second count is that of malicious destruction of property resulting in death, according to TMZ.

19-year-old Tsarnaev is facing life in prison or the death sentence for the crimes. It was arranged for him to appear in front of a judge by bringing one to his hospital room on Monday, April 22.

As I mentioned before, he was arrested under a public safety exception, without having his Miranda rights read.
