Another day, another low-budget Android smartphone gets launched in India. iBall has just announced the upcoming availability of Andi 3.5 dual-SIM handset for only Rs 4,500 ($85/€60).

As AndroidOS points out, the smartphone is powered by Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box.

Furthermore, iBall Andi 3.5 packs a 1GHz single-core processor and a 2-megapixel rear photo snapper. The phone also sports a VGA front-facing camera for video calls.

There are no details on the amount of memory and storage, but this one is likely to come with 256MB of RAM. As the name suggests, the device sports a 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display and comes packed with a 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery.

The budget-friendly iBall Andi 3.5 does not feature 3G support and it will go on sale in both white and wine colors.
