14 DAY TRIAL // Good news for Android enthusiasts in Romania, as GOCLEVER, a company specialized in offering affordable products, has just announced the upcoming release of Quantum 4, a cheap Android smartphone.
Quantum 4 is now available for pre-order in Romania for only $120 (€90) outright and is likely to be limited to this country. The smartphone has been confirmed to go on sale beginning October 31 via major retailer Cel.ro.
Aside from bringing Romanian users the option to carry two SIM cards in the same chassis, Quantum 4 also offers the advantages of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
On the inside, the smartphone comes equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, a Mali 400MP2 graphics processing unit and only 512MB of RAM.
In addition, Quantum 4 sports a 4-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, 4GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion and dual cameras.
