Lava Mobiles is about to release another entry-level Android smartphone in India, the lava Iris 404e. The smartphone has been recently spotted at major retailer Flipkart, which means it should go on sale within the next few days.

Fonearena reports customers in India will be able to grab the Lava Iris 404e for only Rs 4,065 outright, which is about $65 or €48. The smartphone ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and offers dual-SIM support with Dual Standby.

Hardware-wise, Lava Iris 404e comes equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 256MB of RAM and 2GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

On the back, the smartphone sports a 2-megapixel photo snapper, while in the front there’s a secondary VGA camera for video calls.

Last but not least, the Lava Mobiles’ Iris 404e handset features a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, and is powered by a 1400 mAh battery.
