LG has just released a new budget-friendly Android smartphone on the market, the L60. The handset is likely to be aimed at emerging markets, so if you are located in a country with a well-established market, don’t expect the LG L60 to be available anytime soon.

The smartphone has been recently listed in Russia, so we expect it to go on sale in this country first. Sadly, there are no details on when it will be available and for how much. The good news is that the phone’s full specs sheet has been confirmed on LG Russia website.

LG L60 seems to be a low- to mid-range handset that will ship with the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box. Also, the handset is equipped with a 1.3GHz dual-core CPU, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory.

Obviously, the handset offers dual-SIM capability and supports microSD cards up to 32GB. LG L60 sports a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution.

It also comes with a decent 1540 mAh battery, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and video recording, as well as a secondary VGA camera for video calls.

Speaking of which, the L60 offers 3G HSPA+ connectivity, along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio, GPS with A-GPS and microUSB.
