Drugs Keep Troubling British Stars

It seems like the drug-taking routine is by no means a matter of the past, Woodstock-like or Seattle-like music stars. And the well-known "Trainspotting" words - "everything is changing, music is changing, drugs are changing" are still applicable. But it's only the object that's changing, while the action sticks to the same old story.

After George Michael being accused last week of drug possession and drug consumption, there goes naughty Pete Doherty. Known more as Mr. Moss for dating super model Kate Moss, 27-year-old frontman of punk band Babyshambles was arrested this morning on the street "on suspicion of administering a noxious substance recklessly", as Police has the facts.

Poor Pete should have expected this to take place, after the pictures published by "Sun" tabloid in its Friday edition! The photo showed Doherty injecting himself into his arm. "Sun" says it possess even more proofs of Pete's illegal habits - pictures taken at his home in Hackney during past weeks, showing Doherty administering himself "something" by injection.

So the month of May came with a very "good" beginning for punk star Doherty. And it is not even something new, since last week he had been arrested again for suspicion on drug possession. He was released though on obligation of making a visit to the rehab for quite a while.

And his closest entourage is in the same trend - Kate Moss too was photographed snorting cocaine (a white dust at least, as shown in the pictures) while Babyshumbles were recording in a London studio.

We could probably start the bets - jail or rehab for Pete Doherty this time?
