A couple of weeks ago, Dropbox debuted the Dropbox for Teams tier intended for small companies and businesses which may want some additional features and guarantees from the cloud sync app.
Dropbox for Teams comes with a minimum of 1TB of storage, to be shared between five users, for $795 or €497 a year. That's actually quite a good deal, cheaper than what five individual users would have to pay for the same amount of space.
For some reason, it took Dropbox all this time to finally announce the new product, but it's now got an official blog post detailing the new features and how they're being used.
"It’s always pretty sweet hearing how different businesses around the world have used Dropbox to help make their lives a bit easier," Dropbox
wrote.
"We’re excited to announce the launch of 'Dropbox for Teams!' With Teams, businesses can now enjoy administrative controls, centralized billing, phone support, and tons more space in addition to the Dropbox they know and love," it said.
