A new experimental version has been released for Dropbox, one that seems to be dedicated to Mac users only. As usual, the changes come in small amount, but no big feature is introduced, just a couple of repairs.
The first one corrects the checkmark position on the newer OS X driven computers equipped with Retina Display. As far as the second entry in the change log is concerned, the developer repairs a minor Camera Uploads issue that occurred on Mountain Lion.
Apart from these improvements, Dropbox Experimental 1.5.8
also includes a bunch of unspecified bug fixes that are not yet ready to be shipped to the stable release. The new build comes with support for Mountain Lion (Mac OS 10.8).
Keep in mind that this is a test build and before upgrading you should backup the files in Dropbox just to be on the safe side, despite user accounts of everything running nice and smooth.
