14 DAY TRIAL // A new update has been released today for the experimental version of Dropbox desktop client. As usual, the list of changes is quite short.
The developer decided to reintroduce the “Recently Changed” feature in the new tray pop-up component. This might have happened as a result of the fact that plenty of users reacted positively to this feature.
The tray pop-up also benefited from various improvements designed to increase performance. A set of unspecified minor repairs has also been introduced in this build.
Dropbox stable has been updated to a fresh version as well, and the new revision number is 1.6.17. However, the only change available is for Mac OS X; it consists in repairing the problem with updating icon overlays.
