The latest version for the development build for Dropbox is 1.5.36. It features several repairs and introduces auto-pruning the cache for deleted files, when it gets too large.
The fixes available in this revision of the application include dealing with the broken camera uploads progress window.
For Ubuntu 12.10, the development team mended the issue with the menu failing to update, while on Windows the modifications include code signing the shell extension.
As far as Mac users are concerned, they should no longer experience trouble with overlay icons properly updating.
An additional fix addresses an issue with the tray window behaving abnormally when in full-screen mode, in a different space or in Apple’s Expose. An unspecified set of minor glitches has also been addressed.
