Improved performance from less CPU usage during import operation

This Friday looks like a good day to launch two builds of an application together, since Dropbox Experimental increased by two numbers. Although the latest release, 1.3.19, sports a single modification, the previous build features several performance fixes.

However, the important thing is that plenty of problems have been eliminated, including the one affecting the auto-play on Windows Vista 64-bit systems. Also, with the latest revision all photos should appear correctly rotated on all platforms.

If used on Windows, iPhone owners should receive a warning if their device is locked. Additionally, Dropbox fixed the issue with importing from SD cards with no name, on Microsoft’s operating system

Media importing should demand less resources since the development team optimized the process for less CPU usage.
