After two weeks of silence on the Dropbox update front, the company delivers two new consecutive experimental builds on the same day, the latest build being 1.5.10.
None of the revisions brings to the table new features as they both focus on improving the current functionality of the application. In 1.5.9 the developer repairs a rare bug that caused the app to suddenly leave a shared folder.
Another fix addresses a Mac-related issue with the “lazy install,” which is the most used installation method on OS X.
As far as the latest version is concerned, Dropbox Experimental 1.5.10, the two issues addressed refer to the rendering of icon overlays on Mountain Lion when using retina display and on Lion with versions up to 10.7.4.
