Drome Racers is a videogame developed by Attention to Detail Limited and published by Electronic Arts Inc. and LEGO Media. The title was created for the PlayStation 2 console from Sony, the GameCube and the PC. It was released in November 2002 and classed as a sci-fi, futuristic racer played from both a first-person and a third-person perspective.

Drome Racers is basically a videogame adaptation of the LEGO Racers line of buildable toys. Essentially, players will select from a variety of vehicles that look like they are being built from LEGO blocks and then race them one against the other, both on tracks and off road. The title is very much an arcade take-on racing, with a lot of weapons scattered on the racing tracks and with speed boosts allowing for impressive speeds.

The game features a Career Mode, an Arcade Mode and a Quick Race mode. The most important of them is the Career one, which allows the player to join a team and then compete in a variety of events as they pick up money in order to update their vehicles. Before any of the races, they can choose to take part in a short, drag-style race in order to determine the starting place on the grid. The Arcade Mode allows gamers to play around on any track with any vehicle, for those who are not interested in playing the Career.
