14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Red Thread reveals that the Kickstarter effort for the coming Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey has ended with 21,858 backers and with an overall pledged amount of 1.538 million dollars (1.15 million Euro).
The team promises that as actual development work starts on the game, it will continue to offer constant updates for the fan base and welcomes all questions from those who have contributed.
Ragnar Tornquist states in an official update, “Oh, there will be mysteries because mysteries are still important. But we asked you to join us on this journey, and we're staying true to our word.”
Because of the contributions, Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey will get a commentary track from the development team, more adventure content and more ways to interact with the game world.
The game is expected to launch during November 2014.
