DrayTek has recently released a new firmware update for its Vigor2760 series routers, namely Vigor2760, Vigor2760n, and Vigor2760Vn, both Annex A and Annex B models.

Version 1.2.0.1 fixes the misbehavior of the newly added LAN profile without specified LAN port, the redirect mechanism in User Management that would cause the router to reboot, and the abnormal manifestation of Quick Start Wizard.

View the complete release notes and known issues for this version on the download pages for DrayTek Vigor2760 Series Routers Firmware 1.2.0.1. Get the one for your router model and proceed as follows.

Extract the contents of the archive to an accessible location and log into your router. Select “System Management” and then “Firmware Upgrade.” Browse for the recently unzipped files and select them.

Finally, press the “Upgrade” button. The router will now start the installation of the new files. Please be patient while this process is ongoing and do not power off the device or interrupt it in any way. When the installation completes, the unit reboots and the new firmware is successfully flashed.
