Dieting is a difficult thing to do, especially when the cravings kick in.

The good news is that a team of researchers claims to have found one very easy way to help people not reach for a slice of pizza or whatever whenever they feel that they can no longer control their urge to sink their teeth into various culinary delights.

Not to beat about the bush, these specialists say that people who take the time to draw the foods they feel like eating have an easier time sticking to their diets.

Interestingly enough, this method of controlling cravings works best for people who are comfort-eaters, meaning that they eat to put themselves in a good mood, Daily Mail reports.

It turns out that drawing pizza, pies and cakes can really cheer people up, hence the fact that they no longer feel like turning their pantries topsy-turvy.

Experiments carried out with the help of several volunteers have shown that sketching foods can improve a person's mood by almost 30%.
