14 DAY TRIAL // A couple of years ago, Drake and Chris Brown were ready to kill each other in a nightclub brawl that broke out when the name of Rihanna was mentioned. Last night at the ESPYs 2014, they put all animosity aside and channeled whatever rage they still had in delivering a very funny sketch.
You can see it embedded below: Drake was the host of the evening but the awards gala kicked off with this sketch that sees him unable to fulfill his hosting duties, so Chris takes over.
The sketch comes after the announcement that they had put all differences aside and were working on new music together, which was made on Twitter on Chris’ official feed.
If you think about it, it makes sense for them to kiss and make up because the number 1 reason they hated each other so much is no longer part of their life: Rihanna.
The Barbadian pop star dated both these men, though, thankfully, not at the same time. However, there was a brief period when she kept going back and forth between Drake and Chris and it is believed the Canadian rapper made sure he threw this in Chris’ face every time they met in public.
This started the brawl mentioned above and a subsequent Twitter feud. As the saying goes, all’s well that ends well, with a smile.
