Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 is the sequel to Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai, one of the bestselling PlayStation Portable games launched in 2006. Developed by Dimps, published by Namco Bandai Games and distributed in Europe – where it was released in May 2007 – by Atari, the game was inspired by the famous anime series Dragon Ball and it enjoyed quite a lot of success.
Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 takes the intense 2-player Wireless battles and thrilling combative gameplay from the first game to the next level, featuring an improved fighting system with over 50 new fighting skills and ultimate attacks. It also gives players the power to play heroes and villains from the DBZ, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball worlds. From Goku to Picolo, from Vegeta to Trunks, no character is left untouched.
In addition to these all-new features, players will follow a completely new story arc following the future world of Trunks on his adventures against rival Majin Buu. The game takes the intense Wi-Fi multiplayer battles and thrilling combative gameplay made popular in last year's hit and adds an improved fighting system.
CHEATS
Start battle in Super Saiyan form Hold L and press X when selecting a character's Super Saiyan form. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
HINTS
Transform during gameplay Highlight a character that can transform and press Right. Choose your transformation state. Then, fill your Kai meter to just over half, press Down + Circle and your character should transform. Note: If you get hit with no Kai remaining you can transform back into your normal state.
Defeating Kid Buu To defeat Kid Buu, use melee attacks and do not let him regenerate himself. If you cannot avoid this, keep using your ultimate attack until he is dead. You must defeat him four times because of The Senzu Beans.
you can also make a super move easier, first go to practise/training, choose either goku super saiyan2 or cell super perfect, then choose whomever you want as opponent, make then "Do nothing" and the def.ki blast "Deflect-Back". Change to super saiyan, fire a normal ki shoot, in the same time make your supermove(the warp kamehameha) let the deflect ki blast hit you and you will warp behind your enemy and shoot him from the back.
To kill kid buu easily, Use Vegito with your boosters. #9ultimate booster in the middle, #5booster side by side, up and down and use your 2boosters for your KI and 2boosters for your special atk.
