Developers will offer more than 100 moves for the 50 characters

Video game publisher Namco Bandai has announced that it will be launching a Kinect-powered version of Dragon Ball Z for the Xbox 360 during October, allowing fans to experience a whole new take on the familiar universe.

Gamers will be able to learn and then use no less than 100 moves, with motion tracking set to integrate them into the role of manga hero.

50 playable characters will be included in the Dragon Ball Z for Kinect game and all the iconic protagonists from the series and the well-known moves from the manga series will be included.

Carlson Choi, the vice president of marketing at Namco Bandai, stated, “There’s going to be no better feeling in the world for fans of the Dragon Ball Z series than standing in front of their screens and unleashing their own fists and raging blasts upon enemies with this game.”

He added, “The Kinect sensor has truly enabled the development team to finally realize the dreams of millions of fans of both the classic games and the timeless original anime. This game will truly represent the next generation of interactive entertainment in the Dragon Ball Z universe.”
