BioWare, the developer of the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition medieval fantasy role-playing game, is still undecided in terms of a multiplayer mode, as the studio is still examining its options.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is BioWare's next big game, and the studio has showcased quite a few new things about the RPG in the past few weeks.

Among them, there were no details about the oft-rumored multiplayer mode, so OXM talked with producer Cameron Lee about a possible online experience, seeing as how the multiplayer in last year's Mass Effect 3 was a huge success.

"The Mass Effect multiplayer stuff was really good, so we've certainly looked at options like that," Lee said. "But we haven't decided on anything in terms of multiplayer at this point."

As of right now, the team behind the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, BioWare Montreal, is busy creating the next Mass Effect game, while the Edmonton team is focusing on Dragon Age: Inquisition, which is out in 2014.
