The game is still plagued by lots of bugs and glitches

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a great game of epic proportions. I have already poured more than 40 hours into the game and I haven’t even completed half of the main story.

While I’m not usually the type of gamer that wants to get all the achievements, do all the side missions and find all the secrets, I have found that Dragon Age: Inquisition has a way of drawing players into its many stories, apparently unrelated, like no other game before.

So, I’m just finishing a side quest and I’m always telling myself it will be the last one before I start continuing with the main story. 80% of the time I fail because the side quest opens up another side quest, which I can’t skip because I want to know what happens in the end.

Well, that kept me going for the first 40 hours and will probably continue to keep me busy for another 40. However, my adventures in the lands of Ferelden and Orlais haven’t been uneventful.

At first, I haven’t encountered too many bugs and issues that wouldn’t allow me to complete a quest, but as of late I discover 2-3 new bugs/glitches per gameplay session.

I’m not sure whether  they are related with the latest patch delivered by Bioware or not, but some have been reported by players before, so I guess I wasn’t so “lucky” to be affected by any of them until more recently.

Quest "A Present for Bianca" is bugged and can't be completed

Many of you are probably aware that “A Present for Bianca” quest can’t be completed. Even after the latest patch, I can’t get past this mission appearing on the Orlais side of the map.

Although I have already sent Liana to complete the mission and she’s already back, when I click on the map to get the debriefing, I’m presented with a black parchment. The bad news is there’s nothing I can do to get passed it, so I have to reboot the game.

There were times when the objectives of a side mission required me to pick up an object, but no matter how my character was positioned, I couldn’t right-click on it. Luckily, using the “F” key allows you to pick up any highlighted object.

The most hilarious glitch I have encountered in Dragon Age: Inquisition was my character’s face turning black a couple of times while talking with other NPCs. Considering my character is a dalish elf, you can imagine how hilarious that could be.

And let’s not forget the few times I have entered the War Room just to fall through the floor and die. Well, these are funny glitches that don’t prevent players from completing the game.

Unfortunately, there are some issues that won’t allow completionists to have their time with Dragon Age: Inquisition, which is why I will continue to side-quest until Bioware fixes all these problems that many players complain about.

I’m sure there are quite a few other bugs, which many Dragon Age: Inquisition players might have found during their adventures, but did any of them prevent you from finishing the game?
