14 DAY TRIAL // Marissa Mayer’s Yahoo!, a company that embraces the iPhone and its corporate offerings, has rolled out a new version of the company’s official application for iOS devices.
Yahoo! 2.3.3 adds support for the iPhone 5's four-inch display, allowing stuff like Yahoo! News, email and Messenger to show in full-screen.
The social bar has been temporarily disabled, according to Yahoo!. Sadly, the company doesn’t offer an explanation as to why this change was necessary, but at least they promise to put it back in when they release another update.
An issue where mail users would be prompted to log in a second time after logging in from the sidebar has been fixed, along with some other bugs.
Yahoo! 2.3.3 requires iOS 4.3 or later and works with most iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad models.
