Either way, if you own the new iPhone 5, you should be glad to learn that Instagram 3.1.0 now displays full-screen on Apple’s new handset.
The new Instagram 3.1.0 is not only compatible with iOS 6 and iPhone 5, but it also has improved password recovery and a redesigned registration flow. Some bug fixes and other improvements have been implemented as well, though Burbn, Inc. doesn’t describe these in detail.
Instagram is a free app for users of an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad that supports iOS 4.3 or later. The developers note that “this app is optimized for iPhone 5.”
Complying with Apple’s new guidelines for App Store submissions, Burbn, Inc. has already uploaded 1136x640 screenshots to show how Instagram looks on the new iPhone.
