Adobe Ideas, the digital sketchbook for capturing and exploring ideas on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, has been promoted to version 2.0, which features the ability to sync you works to the company’s new Creative Cloud.

Detailing what’s new in version 2.0, Adobe reveals that its Ideas solution for iOS devices now syncs artwork to Adobe Creative Cloud “to easily access for further refinement using Illustrator CS5 or CS6.”

The feature requires a downloadable plug-in for Illustrator CS5, according to the makers of the ubiquitous Flash Player.

The company’s release notes entice customers to apply for membership to Creative Cloud which yields 2GB of cloud storage, “plus the ability to sync between tablet and desktop, access files from the web, and easily share with others.”

Adobe Ideas 2.0 is a universal app compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, and requires iOS 4.2 or later.
