AMD has just pushed out the second beta version of the Catalyst 13.10 graphics driver. This release includes all of the features/fixes found in the first beta version of AMD Catalyst 13.10.

Catalyst 13.10 Beta 2 no longer sets the PCI-E bus speed to 1x on the secondary GPU when running in CrossFire configurations. It also updates the CrossFire profiles for several games in order to get performance improvements for the below titles.

Total War: Rome 2 and Saints Row 4 improve CrossFire scaling up to 20% (at 2560x1600 with ultra settings) and Metro Last Light gets 10% boost, as well.

For Total War: Rome 2, this version resolves corruption issues seen while playing the game.

Other game titles that receive improvements are Tomb Raider, Metro Last Light, Sniper Elite, World of Warcraft, Max Payne 3 and Hitman Absolution.

This driver requires that you run either Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 on 32- or 64-bit architecture. It is also mandatory you have one of the Radeon HD 7000, 6000 or 5000 series desktop boards or Mobility Radeon HD 8000M, 7000M, 6000M or 5000M series discrete GPU.

Below is the link to the new driver. Bear in mind this is a beta release, therefore abnormal behavior is to be expected in some cases. If you encounter bugs or issues, feel free to report them to AMD.
