14 DAY TRIAL // Apple has released iTunes 11.0.3, a new version of the company’s media player and digital distribution platform for Mac OS X and Windows.
The new iTunes contains “several new features and improvements,” such as a new MiniPlayer which includes a new album artwork view and a built-in progress bar.
The Songs View has been tweaked so that you can now enjoy your album artwork while listening to your favorite artist, and albums with multiple discs now appear as a single set.
“This update also provides performance improvements when searching and sorting large iTunes libraries,” Apple says.
iTunes 11.0.3 is available as a free download for both Mac and Windows.
iTunes requires Mac OS X version 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) or later, Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later, 32-bit editions of Windows Vista, or 32-bit editions of Windows 7, and Windows 8.
