The iOS-powered iPad doesn’t offer support for Adobe’s Flash technology out-of-the-box. But that doesn’t mean it can’t run it.

The app’s purpose, however, is to offer compatibility for interactive Flash applications such as Facebook Social Games, popular MMORPGs, and the sea of casual games available from developers all across the world.
Version 5.0 now supports multiple tabs and delivers “significantly improved performance in native as well as non-native (streaming) modes,” according to the creators of the app.
It saves your Facebook credentials so you do not have to log in each and every time you want to take it for a spin, and it syncs your bookmarks across all your iCloud-enabled devices.
Third-generation iPad users will be glad to learn that iSwifter finally offers Retina display support, and those who want to put their Flash gaming experience on a bigger screen can now leverage Airplay mirroring support.
The updated iSwifter further delivers enhanced touch gesture support for games, and there’s a tutorial under the settings tab to get you started.
Last but not least, the app should now perform better on slow Wi-Fi connections, according to the changelog.
iSwifter Games Browser is a free app, but it only works in free mode for the first 7 days. Those who like the app can apply for a full license via in-app purchase.
