After much debate regarding the availability of a fourth beta of iOS 7, Apple has finally released the much hyped software to its developer community.

Currently available only as an over-the-air (OTA) update, iOS 7 beta 4 arrives after a widely publicized server breach thought to have delayed Apple’s progress with the mobile operating system.

Developers with iOS 7 Beta 3 installed on their test units can now download the new software via the wireless Software Update function in the Settings application.

As the Cupertino giant works to make iOS 7 Beta 4 available as a manual download via its iOS Dev Center, no release notes are available (at the time of this writing).

Apple is said to have prepared another two betas for developers before releasing the final Golden Master (GM) build in September.
