Apple has released an updated version of iCloud Control Panel for Windows adding support for iOS 7 and (perhaps) other enhancements and tweaks.

iCloud keeps your stuff up to date between devices, including mail, contacts, and calendars, as well as your web browsing activity and bookmarks.

In the Apple ecosystem, this experience is seamless as both Macs and iDevices have iCloud built in. On Windows, you need this little tool called iCloud Control Panel which Apple has just updated to version 3.0, enabling support for the newest iPhones (with iOS 7).

The tool also handles My Photo Stream, which automatically downloads the photos you take with your iPhone to your PC.

iCloud requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later installed. On Windows, you’ll need Microsoft Outlook 2007 or later or an up-to-date browser for accessing email, contacts, and calendars. For bookmark syncing, you need an iCloud Bookmarks extension for your browser.
