The latest version has yet to be uploaded on Google Play, but developers have already issued an official changelog of the update.
Just like the previous one, version 2.9.4261 brings only a handful of miscellaneous bug fixes, along with some performance and translation improvements, which have yet to be detailed by the developers.
WhatsApp Messenger 2.9.4261 is now available as a free download via Softpedia or developer’s site and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
Keep in mind that after the first year of free use, you will have to pay a $0.99/€0.99 yearly fee in order to take advantage of the application’s features.
