14 DAY TRIAL // THQ and Relic Entertainment have made good on their word and released the cooperative Exterminatus multiplayer mode for their recent Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine third person shooter/brawler, for free, on the PC and PlayStation 3 platforms, while the Xbox 360 will also receive it soon enough.
Space Marine impressed us here at Softpedia thanks to its smooth gameplay and the gory fun you could have while devastating legions of Orcs and Chaos troops during the adventures of Ultramarine Captain Titus.
Now, Relic Entertainment brings more content for the game, in the form of the Exterminatus DLC, basically the cooperative mode that didn't make it into the final game.
The online mode allows up to four players to engage in two special scenarios, choose from three classes, Tactical, Devastator or Assault, and then try to survive as long as possible in front of the Orc Horde.
The Exterminatus DLC is a free download for owners of Space Marine on the PC and PS3, while Xbox 360 users need to wait a bit more until it's available for them. You can check out the trailer for the add-on above.
