14 DAY TRIAL // Owners of Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1 devices out there can now download and install version 2.0.0.1 of the Viggle mobile application, which was released alongside a desktop iteration.
At the moment, Viggle is available on all major mobile operating systems out there, including Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, providing users with rewards for watching TV and listening to music.
The mobile app is available for download for free, and the release notes attached to the new build reveal that it comes with a series of bug fixes inside.
“We are constantly evaluating how to improve and expand the Viggle experience for users and our alliance with Microsoft enables us to do that on multiple levels,” said Greg Consiglio, president & COO of Viggle Inc.
With this application, users can check into any TV or can match any music in order to earn Viggle points. Moreover, they can earn 2X, 5X, 10X points when checking into featured shows, the application’s description reads.
The app also allows users to access exclusive celebrity content with Wetpaint original videos, to set custom reminders so that they don’t miss a show, and even to get tracks easily with points at Viggle Store.
The Viggle application is available for download through the Windows Phone Store. For a limited period of time, users have a chance to win the new Surface Pro 3 when registering for Viggle on Windows Phone.
