14 DAY TRIAL // Rdio Unlimited subscribers in the United States can now download and use Vdio, a video discovery service with social ties for iPhone and iPad users.
Vdio promises to act as “a front-row seat to watch your favorite movies and TV shows.”
You’ll also be able to browse Vdio’s web interface from your desktop computer “and choose from thousands of blockbuster movies, classics, and new releases—or make it a TV marathon with recently-aired episodes and old favorites,” according to the developers.
Only after you’ve purchased / rented a movie will you have access to it on your iPad through Vdio.
The app is also AirPlay-enabled, meaning you can beam any movies to your big screen with Apple TV.
Vdio is compatible only with iPads and requires iOS 5.0 or later.
