14 DAY TRIAL // UC Mobile Limited has a new web browser for iOS 6 customers looking for a free alternative to the default Safari browser in iOS. UC Browser For iPhone now supports iOS 6, but doesn’t display natively on the iPhone 5’s four-inch display as of yet.
In its latest form (version 8.5.0.195), UC Browser For iPhone adds "pin to pinterest" and “share to facebook,” as well as support for downloading files from the web. You can auto-pause the download process in case your Wi-Fi connection is interrupted.
The Auto-Fill function has been enhanced allowing users to use search suggestions from the URL bar or QuickDial for faster browsing. Find-in-page now highlights text automatically, and the app is now localized in Vietnamese.
Finally, the browser adds iOS 6 support. Compatibility with the new iPhone 5 and iPod touch fifth-generation is yet to be included.
