One of the most popular mobile browsers available on the market, UC Browser, is about to get a new version on the Android platform. Developer UCWeb has just kicked off private testing for UC Browser 9.5 for Android devices.

According to the official changelog, this beta version of UC Browser should feature faster data browsing speeds and support for additional languages and fonts.

Android users will also be able to install an add-on in order to create a widget on their desktop for easy access to various services on UC Browser.

Some general improvements are provided as well, such as enhancements to typing, moving forward and backwards, font adjustments and online video player optimization.

You can now download UC Browser for Android 9.5 test version for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up.
